Klinix provides AI-powered receptionist services for dental clinics, including phone and WhatsApp patient communication, appointment management, and reminder services.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may only use our services for lawful purposes.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misusing, manipulating, or reverse-engineering our services is prohibited.
• You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Data Security

All data is stored on servers in Turkey, fully compliant with KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law) and applicable healthcare regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Klinix's total liability is limited to the service fees paid for the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
